En 2022 nos acercamos al Turf con la simple intención de conectarnos con la pureza
del espíritu que sólo
pueden ofrecer los caballos Sangre Pura de Carrera. Quizás fueron nuestros años como deportistas
profesionales los que nos llevaron a admirar su valentía, su entrega y ese atletismo inevitable que
corre
por sus venas.
Ya inmersos en este mundo de emociones tan elevadas fuimos descubriendo que la esencia deportiva del Turf
no
estaba logrando expresarse en toda su dimensión: siendo uno de los primeros deportes de la historia, su
esencia y sus procesos tienen la capacidad de metaforizar valores centrales de nuestra sociedad.
Desde recursos tecnológicos de vanguardia hasta protocolos de entrenamiento o herramientas de liderazgo,
nos
dimos cuenta de que el mundo del Turf y el del atletismo de elite aún tenían mucho por compartir.
Así nació Chúcaros: de la unión entre el profundo amor que sentimos por los caballos y por el
deporte de
alta performance.
In 2022 we approached the Turf with the simple intention of connecting with the purity of spirit that
only thoroughbred racehorses can offer. Perhaps it was our years as professional athletes that led us to
admire their courage, their dedication and the inevitable athleticism that runs through their veins.
Already immersed in this world of such high emotions, we discovered that the sporting essence of Turf
was not being able to express itself in its full dimension: being one of the first sports in history,
its essence and its processes have the capacity to metaphorize central values of our society.
From cutting edge technological resources to training protocols to leadership tools, we realized that
the worlds of turf and elite athletics still had much to share.
This is how Chúcaros was born: from the union between our deep love for horses and the high performance
sports.
Venimos del Rugby, un deporte que le exige muchísima entrega al individuo, pero sobre todo al equipo.
Rugby
y equipo son conceptos que no pueden separarse.
Además, somos un grupo de especialistas de primer nivel que valora tanto el idioma emocional de los
caballos
como la objetividad concreta de los datos duros.
Por un lado, buscamos ser siempre parte de la vanguardia tecnológica dentro de este deporte. Por el otro,
"sentamos al caballo en nuestra mesa de trabajo"; de hecho, las reuniones previas a las carreras las
hacemos
en círculo, al rededor del box del atleta que va a correr. Nuestros atletas meten literalmente la cabeza
de
las reuniones. ¿Opinan? Bueno, digamos que sin ninguna duda influyen mucho en las decisiones que se
toman.
Es decir: no sólo somos un equipo multidisciplinario.
Además, somos un
EQUIPO
MULTIESPECIE.
We come from Rugby, a sport that demands a lot of dedication from the individual, but above all from the
team. Rugby and team are inseparable concepts.
In addition, we are a group of high level specialists who value the emotional language of the horses as
much as the concrete objectivity of hard data.
On one hand, we always seek to be part of the technological vanguard in this sport. On the other, we
“share our work table with the horse”; in fact, we have our pre-race meetings in circle around the
athelete´s box who is going to race. Our athletes literally stick their heads in the meetings.
Meaning: we are not only a multidisciplinary team. We are also a MULTIESPECIES TEAM.

Nuestras vidas estuvieron guiadas por el deporte profesional así que de inmediato pudimos conectar con
atleta
que habita dentro de cada caballo SPC. Para nosotros nuestros caballos no son otra cosa que eso: atletas
de
élite.
Y si hay algo que sabemos muy bien es que los atletas necesitan un acompañamiento exhaustivo: cuidados
médicos
extremos, estrategias de desarrollo físico, técnico y mental, recursos tecnológicos, nutrición
específica,
descanso y disfrutar mucho de lo que hacen.
Por eso, decidimos comenzar nuestra historia dentro del Turf basándonos en una marcada filosofía de
equipo y
en
la elaboración de un método de alta performance tan eficaz como replicable.
A ese método lo llamamos “ATLETISMO EQUINO©”.
METHOD
WE COMBINE ALL OUR HIGH PERFORMANCE SPORT PROCESSES INTO ONE METHOD THAT WE CALL "EQUINE ATHLETICS ©".
Our lives were ruled by professional sport so we connect immediately with the athlete living within
every SPC horse. For us, our horses are nothing more than that: elite athletes.
And there is one thing we know for certain, athletes need exhaustive support: extreme medical care,
physical, technical and mental development strategies, technological resources, specific nutrition,
resting and full enjoyment in what they do. That is why, we decided to begin our history in Turf based
on a strong team philosophy and the development of a high performance method as effective as replicable.
We call this method "EQUINE ATHLETISM©".
